Belros is not responsible for the product after it has been handed over to the carriers. Belros does not take responsibility for damaged products due to theft, weather, physical or other damages at the destination. Belros cannot promise if beverages would last in freezing conditions or candies, chocolates will hold form for long time in the hot weather.

If an item is received damaged, opened, or defective, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue in order for us to investigate and offer a resolution. If the item has been discarded, we will no longer be able to assist with the claim.

If a package is lost in transit, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but Belros cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Delivered
Packages & Stolen Items:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier (e.g., to a front door or mailbox), Belros is no longer responsible for the item. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier directly to file a claim through their delivery insurance, if
applicable.
